SchoolExl is an AI learning platform for Indian K-12 students. If someone you refer signs up and pays for a plan, we record a commission for you — on that first purchase and on the renewals after it.
Anyone can apply. Every application is reviewed and activated by a person at SchoolExl, so there is no instant approval and no login until that happens.
Who it is for
Two kinds of partner, one programme
You choose one of these on the application form. It tells our team who to route you to — it does not change your commission rate.
Channel partner
Schools
Education consultants, distributors and businesses who introduce whole schools. You refer school licences, and you earn on the licence value the same way.
Recruit other partners
Optional, one level deep
Once you are active you get an invite link. Partners who join through it earn you a 5% override on their sales, on top of whatever they earn themselves. It stops at one level — there is no deeper network.
The commercial terms
What you are actually paid, in four numbers
These are the values the platform applies today. The terms page states each one in full, including how and when it can change.
10% – 25%
Commission rate
Everyone starts at 10%. The ladder is applied automatically each night on the volume you have already done, and once you have climbed a step you keep it.
90 days
Hold before it is yours to withdraw
A commission is recorded the moment the order is paid, and matures 90 days later. The hold exists so refunds and cancellations settle before money leaves.
₹500
Minimum withdrawal
Once your matured balance reaches ₹500 you can request a withdrawal. We pay by bank transfer to your verified account.
10% TDS
Withheld on every payout
We deduct 10% tax at source as Indian law requires, so a PAN on your account is mandatory. Without it we will not process a payout at all, because tax withheld against an unknown PAN can never reach you.
The ladder
Your rate rises with monthly volume
Volume means the total value of the orders attributed to you in one calendar month — not the commission you earned on them. Your best qualifying month sets your tier, and the tier is not taken away in a quiet month.

If SchoolExl has agreed a specific rate with you in writing, that rate is what you are paid and the ladder does not apply to your account.
Being straight with you
What does not earn commission
Worth knowing before you plan how you promote, rather than after your first statement.
- AI minute top-ups. Recharges of voice and video minutes are not plan sales and are not commissionable.
- The ₹30 Topper Day Pass. It is only sold to students who are already on a paid plan, so it can never be a new customer.
- Your own purchases. A plan bought by you, by a child linked to your account, or a licence for a school you administer does not pay you a commission.
- Refunded orders. If an order is refunded, the commission on it is reversed — before it matures, or out of your balance afterwards.
Apply to the programme
The form takes a minute. A person at SchoolExl reviews every application and activates it by hand. If you are approved we email the address you applied with, and your partner login is created at that point — not before.
